Does submitting my TM30 online send my details to Immigration instantly, and will I receive confirmation of acceptance?

I’ve just done my TM30 online. It wasn’t easy, it was confusing and any comments by Immigration came back in Thai not English. My question is this:- When I had filled all my details in it stated at the bottom to press “Here” to insert all your details in the “Table” below. This I did and yes it worked. However does doing this send my details to Immigration? I couldn’t see any other means to send. If so does Immigration confirm back to me that it’s been accepted? Many thanks for your help.
