What should I do if my TM30 registration details are not appearing after submission?
Entered my information into the online TM30 form. Didn't receive any error messages but when I check, my details don't appear. This was a few days ago. Is there any reason other than user error the information won't appear?
The address I registered at had received their logon information a couple of weeks ago.
I am late registering the tm30.

Okay, I just had my neighbor (who lives in the apartment above mine) fly back in today.
I entered her information into the system (the account is for all 3 apartments in this building :O ) pressed the key to get the data to be posted on the bottom chart, saved the data, then exited the system.
I went back in to check to see that the data was saved, searched by check in date, and it was in the system fine.

no problem, glad it worked for you. I have up and went into immigration today, all registered in a few minutes. I'll pop a post up as the IO said something I though was interesting.Tod *********

You may have made the same mistake I did the first time I did it: after entering all the people you intend to submit, you need to hit the save button which is on the top right of the web page so that your records for that day are submitted. Until you do, they are not actually sent to immigration.

did you put in the exact date you entered your information as the "check in date" ?

what you've described is exactly what I did. When I search it says that no information is found.Tod *********
Once you've entered the data IF you want to check it you go back into the system and search for it with this choice

there is no such thing as error messages when you enter your information for the online TM.30.
