Is the online TM30 form currently experiencing issues and how can I successfully complete it?

Can anyone confirm if they have been able to use the online TM30 recently? I have successfully used this for the past couple years without issues to report return to my residence. 

However, it seems they have made slight changes to the form and we now receive an unknown error message. My wife (Thai) says the form is filled correctly.

Wondering if anyone has been successful with this recently?

Thanks for any insights.

I used to be able to use the online 90-day reporting thing but not anymore. The last way I did it was via Thai post. FYI, I couldn’t download from Apple to my iPad using the link above link, either. It says, “Cannot connect to Apple Store.”

there is a glitch in the online web-based portal that you use and when you press the "floppy disc icon" at the top right to save the data it will error out.

Down load the mobile phone application called Section 38 (available for iPhone and Android). Use the same user name log in for the online version. I've gotten TM30's to go thru with that when the online web portal errors out
