doing the follow up to my initial Non-O (retirement) VISA and the Tm 30.
Yesterday, went with my landlord to Suratthani Immigration with TM 30 filled out, ready to hand over the counter.
(No line at all just before Noon!)
They were very polite, but turned us away, and said to file on-line?
Gave us a small info sheet.
In going to their web page, found the "english" option for the form, filled it in (again) but could not submit?
as it appeared that there was need to establish an "account"> and all of that could not be done in English.
Tod Daniels, have you seen others having this complication?
(Trying to comply with the 24 hour rule)

Thanks.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user shares their experience following up on a Non-O (retirement) visa and submitting a TM 30 form at Surat Thani Immigration. Despite being polite, the immigration officers directed them to file the form online. However, the user faced complications with the online submission that required creating an account, which they couldn't complete in English. They seek feedback on whether others have encountered similar issues.
