TLDR : Answer Summary
The Thailand Pass registration for your parents was rejected, likely due to unclear document uploads. To resolve this, ensure all documents are clear and re-upload them, preferably in JPEG format. Users suggest that taking clear photos with a phone can help with approval. Once you successfully re-upload, it's important to also verify the PCR test timing, which must be done within 72 hours before departing from their home country.

Thanks guys! Switched all to JPG through Adobe, and had the passes within 10 minutes approved!

Some more questions, does the PCR test have to be 72 hours before departure from main port or entering into Thailand? Also, do my parents need to show any additional documents (besides QR code+passports) when boards or entering Thailand?

It means it is struggling to read your information on the documents yu uploaded. you can try re loading using all Jpegs or take photos with your phone of the documents and upload them, i did this and got my approval in 2 minutes

Yes, you have to make a complete new application, use only JPEGS or photos from your phone

You would be better to take photos with your phone, transfer to your computer and then upload them from there, you can share from your phone to messenger and then download and save from there.
