What should I do after submitting my Thai Pass application for my family, and how can I ensure it's processed in time?

I applied for the Thai pass for myself and 3 kids and sent a separate application for my husband.

I finally figured everything out and sent it in last night. We fly on Wednesday.

I’m reading about jpeg or something or another. I’m not techy. I just took screen shots of the document and uploaded from my phone

I chose the smaller size bc it would say it can’t upload the regular sizes image.

What do I do now? I don’t want to cancel.

I had to add extra documents showing that although we are all vaccinated, we also just recovered from covid within the last 30 days

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has submitted applications for a Thai Pass for themselves and their children, having separated the application for their husband. They express confusion about the uploading process, mentioning they have provided images of required documents from their phone and are worried about the submission being on time since they are flying soon. Community comments suggest that the uploaded images should be in the correct format and recommend contacting a hotline for assistance or using a service that can expedite the application process.

Did you upload a QR code for vaccination proof?

You could try these guys, I used them and they got me an approval in 24hrs after I previously failed with my own application. They can do new applications or expedite existing ones. You upload all the documents on their website and they do the rest.

I second these guys.

You took pictures with your phone? That's perfect, then they are in jpeg-format already. But you're a bit late with your application... maybe you should contact the hotline by time.
