I submitted my Thai Pass over a week ago , it just says "Reviewing" I am a little concerned that the JPEG image of my insurance is blurry and difficult to read .

Is it worthwhile doing a new application or just wait.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about the status of their Thai Pass application, which has been in 'Reviewing' status for over a week, particularly due to a blurry image of their insurance. Responses from the community suggest varying approaches: some recommend reapplying to expedite the process, while others advise waiting a little longer before deciding to reapply or contacting authorities for clarity.

Still waiting, do you get any response if you call the contact numbers

no use calling even if someone finally picks up the call. Better contact the hotel as hotel may have delayed the process by failing to approve first.

I received mine within 20 minutes I applied at the same time for my Thai wife hers is still pending six days in

My Thaipass had taken several days. I made the mistake of re-submitting which only makes it take longer.

Mines took 9 days to get approved and it said reviewing everyday and then just changed to approved. I would hold off another few days I wouldn’t panic yet

If you are not traveling in the next week I’d wait or email them! You’ll find the email on the page where it says “reviewing”

It’s clearly states it takes between three and seven days to assess

Plenty take longer than 3 days, and a lot of it comes down to if you had a QR code for your vax cert or anything needs to be manually approved.

But also applying is free so he can make corrects with better qualities and apply again.

not true, I've seen approvals come through 5,6,7 days after the initial application was made.
