Doing thailand pass for the whole family.  

Can anyone enlighten me please? 

1. I cannot find where to put the vaccination record and  insurance document for the parents.

1. Do I put the kids under both parents or just one?

Sorry not sure on point 1. Perhaps you haven’t got to that stage in the application as yet.

Point 2 put kids under one parent not both.
