I got mine in 5 mins but I took the time to make sure all uploads were clear, cropped and readable, also scanned.... Think this may be the key as it's clearly automated but then manual if documents unreadable

I had problem to. You must upload barcode on both off your vaccine. If you do it correct you Will get your Thaipas after 1-2 min on your e-mail

yes uk. I took a picture of my paper vaccine certificate, and uploaded it, then it says add qr code. I did this for both 1st and 2nd doseDavid ***********

If it doesn't come through, you're not going to Thailand. You must have a Thailand Pass to board your flight or enter the country.
