Hi everyone. My Thailand pass just got rejected. It asked me to upload ‘paid hotel accommodation including RT-PCR test’. But I haven’t booked my on arrival PCR through my hotel because we are doing at the airport. What am I missing here? Thanks

you cam upload the hotel reservation demonstrating you paid for 1 night and then upload the payment receipt for the PCR at the airport separately (the last tab will let you upload additional “other” documents in PDF format). Mine was approved like this! Good luck!

I had exactly the same and I resubmitted s it putting it in the additional info section, now waiting for my approval. Oddly enough my husband up loaded exactly the same information as mine without that receipt and it got approved🤷‍♀️ doesn't make sense .

good luck! When you call just listen to the message in thai for like 5 seconds and press the code above. It is a bit tricky, but after a couple of times a human finally answered and approved my husband’s in 3 seconds.

happened to me as well. My husband’s got denied and mine approved the first time with the same set of documents. We reapplied, called them and it got approved immediately

You selected blue zone ? If Phuket book you test the proper website and upload receipt. For all other blue zones MUST book approved hotel and upload booking to TPASS

Are you flying into Bangkok or Phuket? If Bangkok, you need to book an SHA+EXTRA hotel that includes the covid test.

If Phuket, you need to pay for the covid test in advance.

thanks. Flying into Phuket and already paid for the Covid test in advance and submitted that. So not sure what they’re on about! Maybe I’ll just apply again and hope they notice it this time.

, my Phuket hotel asked for my PCR receipt before they sent me my paid confirmation. So my hotel confirmation showed paid accommodation, paid PCR Airport test, and paid transportation to the hotel.
