Anyone else currently going mad trying to get a Thailand Pass on the new system? I've been at it for over two hours and I'm now back to square one as it keeps not letting me enter the right details such as d.o.b, which vaccine etc. I suppose it's the high volume of people trying to apply, but I hope they sort it out as our flights are on the 3rd!

Glad to hear people are getting their Thai Pass quickly, my last obstacle seems to be the hardest and that's getting the NHS to email me an updated covid pass! Having trouble as my wife and I both have different phone numbers to when we first used the app and are locked out until the system updates our phone numbers.

I have just completed 2 in 10 minutes. No issues. Just make sure you fill out the correct fields and use JPEGs not pdfs

thanks, typically it started working a few minutes after.. However, I've been up all night after I realised a worse problem of my own stupid making, I forgot that my covid vaccination pass has a valid until date.. and couldn't upload a new one from the NHS app as I have a different phone number now, so I had the phone number changed but it takes 24 hours to update for security reasons. Our flight is on the 3rd of May, so I'm absolutely bricking it now. All this just to get home 😩

It is supposed to be 0001 29th Thai time.

Does it matter if the proof of vaccination (covid pass) with QR code is expired? I got mine in UK months ago and I didn't give a thought to needing a new one!

you have to download the pdf version then screen shot it to make it a jpeg file

yeah I've been doing that today with loads of pdf docs, such a pain! Now I've got to wait 24 hrs for my phone number to reset on my NHS account before I can access it 🤦🏼‍♂️
