TLDR : Answer Summary
Users discuss the process and implications of having a Thailand Pass application under review. It appears that a rejection could mean one cannot reapply due to the current state of the application system, particularly for Test and Go. Several users share their experiences with being approved after initial reviews, indicating that rejection is not guaranteed during the reviewing phase, and suggest contacting support for reconsideration if documentation errors are found.
I was also rejected on Dec 24 after applying just before the deadline because the hotel date didn't match the arrival date. I corrected the hotel confirmation and sent an email to the support@ email address and on Dec 25 received the approval. Bottom line, doesn't hurt to ask for reconsideration correcting whatever they said was wrong.

mine said 'reviewing' for the past 2 days and just now i got an email saying my application has been approved. I think that if it says reviewing there is still a chance you can be rejected. Just stay calm and goodluck! i hope you get yours soon
The button to start new applications for test and go is disabled in the consular website unfortunately , so you would not be able to apply again if this one fails.
