Answer summary
Many users encountered issues with the Thailand Pass application but found that including spaces before and after the passport number often resolved these problems. Some confirmed that using varying numbers of spaces worked for them—ranging from one to ten. Additional suggestions included using specific browsers like Microsoft Edge and ensuring all uploaded files are in JPEG format. Users also shared their experiences regarding the time it takes to receive confirmation emails and QR codes post-submission, with estimates ranging from a few hours to several days.

I used Microsoft Edge as the server and didn’t have to do any of this and it took less than 20 minutes to complete. Also need to make sure all files are JPEG as PDF won’t upload.
What server did you use just out of curiosity?

I had no issues at all.
I used Microsoft edge and once I made sure to only upload JPEG files I had no issues and was done in less than 20 minutes.
