What are the common issues with the Thai Pass website and how can they be resolved?
Any one having problems on the thai pass site I keep getting error from API server
Answer summary
Many users are experiencing API server errors on the Thai Pass website, which is a new portal with high traffic. Common advice includes ensuring that uploaded files are in JPEG format rather than PDF, and that proper formatting (like spacing in passport numbers) is followed. Despite frustrations, some users report successful submissions, particularly using different browsers. Additional inquiries about visa exemptions for specific travel routes also appear amidst the general technical difficulties.

Phone/tablet or computer? If you have photo editing programs then they’d almost certainly do it for you. Otherwise search online for a service. I’m sure there are some out there that will do that sort of stuff for free (they get money from ad revenue).Sean **********
