What should I do if my Thailand Pass vaccination certificate incorrectly lists my nationality?

Hi all. So, I've just submitted my Thailand Pass application and then noticed that, for some reason, my vaccine certificates issued by the Malaysian authorities say I am Ukranian, rather than British (which I actually am). God knows how this happened. I hadn't noticed before as the nationality status is correct on the electronic certificates but when I downloaded to photograph them (ThailandPass needs jpeg) the nationality changed to Ukranian! I was thinking of flagging the problem through the testgo@consular.go.th emergency email rather than waiting for a rejection. So, questions: 1) If you get rejected, is there an opportunity to provide an explanation for the problem they raise? 2) Does anyone have any experience of interacting with the ThailandPass people by email? Are they responsive/open to discussion over email? TIA

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user has encountered an issue with their Thailand Pass application where the vaccine certificates incorrectly state their nationality as Ukranian instead of British. They are considering contacting the emergency email for assistance and have questions about the rejection process and responsiveness of Thailand Pass support. Community members suggest reapplying with correct details, checking for passport number accuracy, and taking screenshots of the correct information if visible.

Do they have the right passport number on the vaccination records?

well that's actually another issue. No they don't. My passport changed since the certs were issued. Double trouble!

If it shows up ok on-screen just screen shot

Doesn't seem like something that would get your application rejected. If you can get corrected documents you could just try applying again.

The error might’ve occurred on initial application - possibly you clicked on the first ‘uk’ that appeared or some such finger trouble..

Yep. My thought too.

I would just apply again with correct details

Thanks

but I can't. I'm currently isolating with COVID so can't go to the service centre here in Malaysia to get the certificates corrected.

so it is impossible to get Malaysian authorities to update by email / chat / phone for you to download?
