Good day, I'm a few hours late with my TM30 and can no longer do it online. What is the best way to manage it? I have a LTR visa and live in a condo in BKK.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing difficulties with submitting their TM30 form online due to a delay and seeks advice on the best course of action. Comments from the community suggest that late submissions are generally not problematic, with several users sharing their own experiences of filing late without consequences. It's noted that the TM30 is an address registration requirement regardless of visa type, and that for LTR visa holders, filing deadlines might be less stringent. Users also provide a link for TM30 submissions and discuss the role of landlords in this process. Overall, advice leans towards submitting the form as soon as possible, even if late, and to communicate with the landlord when necessary.

How does one find a url for generating a tm30? My landlord filled a tm28 but didn't provide a tm30.

I registered, but looks like the tm30 is to be generated by the landlord?? I thought I could do it. She gave me copy of a tm28.

Yes, the landlord's details are needed (ID & Tabian Baan). I set mine up using my father-in-law's documents, it's a 3 step process (register account, add address then add foreigner details).

you’re missing the point. This is not a 90 day report. This is address registration upon arrival in the country. Everyone has to do this. Even elite visa.

90 day report is a TM47

For most offices they don’t have an issue if you filed it late. There’s is no reason that you couldn’t say I just got ā€œback homeā€ today and file anyway.

Some may be pedantic and issue a fine but unlikely. They just want you to have filed one for interaction with immigration

As far a i know if you have ltr you do not have to file 90 days! I have one and never do that. Only one time every year but if you are not a year in Thailand you do not have to do that!

I have forgotten to do mine and done it online a week later. Never been an issue for TM30 it's not that important if your have no need to go to a immigration office for anything.

I have not done it myself but my landlord has done it days after I returned with no consequences.

I would just get it done Monday.
