Hello guys.

I came to Thailand on Dec by TR visa.

And last Feb I got 30day, visa extension.

On March 23, is their visa expiration date.

But I will apply for a stay extension to 60 days.

and I saw that for extension need TM30.

But I stay in my girlfriend's condo(her own condo)

so I didn't TM30 before.

Can I appy TM30 now?

By law, you must submit a TM30 no later than 24 business hours after you start staying at a location. MOST immigration offices require a TM30 before you can submit an extension of stay.

>Can I appy TM30 now

If you apply late, you may be fined 800THB for Bangkok, and elsewhere the maximum is 2K THB.
