Hi, I have a question regarding my Non-OA that I entered with from Canada. I need to file my 90-day report. However, The owner of the condo I rented did not file a T.M. 30. Can I still mail in my 90-day report, or will I need to go to Immigration to sort out the T.M 30 first and then file the 90-day report after. Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about filing their 90-day report for a Non-OA visa after arriving in Thailand. The issue arises from their landlord not having filed the TM.30 form, which is required for foreign residents to report their address to immigration. Responses indicate that the TM.30 must be filed first in order to be able to submit the 90-day report. One user mentioned their experience of booking a hotel that facilitated the TM.30 filing when their landlord refused.

When my landlord refused to do a TM30 I just booked into a cheap hotel near the immigration office. The hotel then done it

Just to explain: TM30 stands for registration of a foreigner residing on an address in Thailand, so without having an address it is impossibile to report that you are more than 90 days inside Thailand and still living at the same address, this by using the TM47 form.

You need to file TM.30 to do 90 days report. You have to get TM.30 sorted first.

A bit of off-topic information.

IF you really entered on a single entry Non-O (<- without A or X) visa, your entry stamp will be 90 days from the arrival date as day 1, it is not eligible for 90 days report yet. you need to apply for an extension first.

Check your visa and entry stamp well.

that would make since. However in Khon Kaen when I needed the letter for my bank account and my license, they required the 90 report which was quite easy. So I think as usual it all depends on which office you are going through. After all this is Thailand and there are no absolutes.

, the post is about that if TM.30 is required to do 90 days report or not. 90 days report itself is not difficult if you have address in Thailand.
