What Should I Do About My Late TM30 Registration and Visa Stamp Issues?

Hi, sorry to ask these elementary questions. I am two weeks late with my TM30 form (I managed to register with the system and received a user id and password). When doing on-line registration I cannot use the correct Check-in date hence used today's date but the system does not seem to accept that. Does it mean that on-line registration is not possible after the 24h grace period? Secondly, the system gives a default word 'Roomer' for the Connection/Relation field. If you own the condo you are staying in is it correct to state 'Owner' and use 'Roomer' for people staying with you?

I will be travelling to Singapore next week for a short 3-days trip, should I refrain from the registration now and do it within 24 hours after my return from Singapore, or make a visit to Chang Watthana tomorrow morning and sort out the registration and pay the fine?

Last one, when coming in from a short trip from Yangon, I got 30 days Visa Excempt Entry stamp on my pasport despite of my O-A visa expiring 10 June 2020 (unfortunately I did not check at the airport, only realised now when trying to get the on-line registration done). I guess there is nothing I can or should do now but make sure I get a correct visa stamp when returning from Singapore?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking guidance on late registration for the TM30 form, specifically related to issues with the online system after the 24-hour grace period, whether to report after returning from a trip to Singapore, and concerns about a visa exempt entry stamp received despite an expired O-A visa. Comments suggest it is advised to report after returning from Singapore and to ensure correct visa stamping at that time.

Thank you. It's clear now. I will do my TM30 reporting after coming back from Singapore 1 Dec.

As this report has to be made within 24 hours there is no calendar attached to bring you weeks or months back into time. Immigration does not look back in history to check if every visit at an address is reported. If you have nothing to ask Immigration in the next few days till your trip to Singapore I would say leave it like this and make the report within 24 hours after your return from Singapore. If you did not check the stamps in your passport it is your responsibility, if you are still inside this 30 day Admitted to Stay period, you are okay otherwise you are in overstay. You can change the date stamp at your local Immigration Office and make sure you always check the stamps in the future

All they know is that you just checked out of a hotel and arrived at your house on today’s date.

No need to go to CW if you have no requirement for a tm30 doc for visa / WP

Will Heuser You sure about that. If he left country I do believe he needs to report. He wasn’t very clear if he was coming from a trip out of country. Anyway I’d plan it safe a straighten it out. If I’m wrong I’m sure someone will correct me.
