Hi Todd Robert, not entirely Visa related but need some advice. No prob if you delete or close comments after answer.

Have a bit of a conundrum re TM30 (I will get fined) first TM 30 at Ayutthaya (wife’s rented home landlord) then in Bangkok and Kho Samui hotels of course would have lodged.

Now been in Khok Phra Village for over week forgot to lodge and wish to do it because they know in the system I’m somewhere.

Unsure where ? Does anyone know if there is an Immigration office in Chakarat ? Nhakon Ratchasima our of the question because lack of transport.

I will if I have to do it at the police station in Chakarat if there is no Immigration Office there.

Thanks in advance for any help.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on how to correctly file a TM30 form after failing to report their current residence in Khok Phra Village. They mention previous TM30 filings at their wife's home and various hotels, but now need to lodge it since they have been in a new location for over a week. They inquire about the availability of an immigration office in Chakarat, as the larger office in Nakhon Ratchasima is not accessible due to transport issues.

immigration told me to do this in Sukhothai, which was accepted multiple times. They now have an immigration office so now can lodge directly but before it was done through the local police.

IF this is where you are Krok Phra is a district (amphoe) in Nakhon Sawan Province, you apply at the immigration office in that province..

You confuse the "police station" option. There is NO police station option. Thai immigration officer ARE a division of royal thai police so you go to the nearest immigration office.

Unfortunately your lack of transportation is not a factor, you got there somehow and you or the thai landlord is obligated to file a TM30.

OR

just wait until you get home and file one with your normal immigration office.

Tod Daniels i lodged TM30's at local police station which was accepted multiple times, in the past few years. Immigration told me to do this because there was no local immigration office.

This was at Sukhothai - which now has a local immigration office after many years of none.
