TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is currently 75 days overstay on their NON-B visa in Thailand and is seeking advice on how to exit the country without receiving a stamp on their passport. Responses indicate that the overstay will incur fines up to 20,000 THB (500 THB per day for a maximum of 40 days), and it's advisable to leave by international flight while being polite to immigration officials. There are serious consequences, including potential bans for future entries into Thailand if overstays are not managed appropriately.

Yes, you can make visa in India using the Thai Embassy of the Visa agent. But if coming back with a Visa, please put alarms on every device you have to leave the country on time.

That would be the hard part. If you can not remember the last day of your stay in Thailand you will have problems for life by forget the day you married. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

You have 15 days to leave or it is a 1 year ban. If your caught before you reach the airport, it's a 5 year ban.

You are here illegally, accept your fate - overstay stamp + fine. If you get caught at any checkpoint with a long overstay it could land you in jail. Take this seriously.

Any advice on how to avoid stamps and fines would be strictly against the law and could bring much more problems to you. Strong advice: have the money with you in cash, be nice and very polite to Immigration and leave by international flight as soon as possible.

You will get stamped and fined for overstay. 500 Thb a day with a max of 20.000 Thb. Be aware that after 90 days overstay there is also a blacklist time if you want to come back to Thailand in the near future.

20.000 baht

Celling fine of 20K and you will get an OS stamp.

OR

Baptise yourself in a nearby monastry to get that stamp and fee exemption ;)
