TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking assistance regarding an overstay situation in Thailand, mentioning complications from a previous visa agency and stresses he's been living in Thailand for nearly a decade. Community members suggest that the best course of action would be to pay the fine upon leaving and accept a potential three-year ban, warning that seeking legal help may not lead to a resolution and could even complicate his situation further. They emphasize the seriousness of long overstays and advise against relying on potentially unscrupulous agents.

years now and never have I had a problem., but because the company I used hide behind the covid situation I got completely f**kd and on top of that they stole 160 k from me.. which is a lot for me it’s been a tough time.
you basically have two options. Leave the country, pay the bt20,000 fine, and be banned for 3 years, or stay in the country, getting a lawyer or whatever, and when immigration catches you, you will be arrested, fined bt20,000, and banned from re-entering for 10 years. The only thing, from my understanding, that an attorney can help you with is possibly reducing the blacklist time after you've been out of the country more than the first year. For an 18 month overstay you will be banned from re-entering Thailand. The question is for how long, and that's determined by what you do. There is no buying your way out of an overstay by using a crooked agent. Immigration takes overstay of more than 3 months very seriously. Before covid it was the number one violation they went after. Now that covid extensions have ended, overstay will again be a high priority endeavour by immigration. It is very serious, and you are looking at a 3, or 10 year ban, depending on what you do now. At an 18 month overstay, you will be arrested on the spot if you go to immigration, even with a lawyer.
You asked for the group’s advice. the advice is pay the fine and accept the ban.

To be honest I don't think you have many options other than what has already been said. 18 months is a long time to overstay.

Yes everyone thank you I understand., I’m looking for someone who knows of a company or friend who has dealt with this kind of situation before or can offer me some advice on best case out come.. I understand about leaving Iv been living here 9 years it’s not that simple my life is and has been here for long time I’m stuck in what to do.
a lawyer won't be able to do much for you on your circumstances. Ultimately it's your responsibility to ensure you remain legal in Thailand and whilst you might get the agent in trouble, albeit this is unlikely, it won't change your situation. Likewise with the immigration officer, he might get put into the naughty corner but you won't get any backdated stamp in your passport or any leniency.
As others have said your best bet is to pay the fine when leaving Thailand and serving the ban. If you get caught then you'll be in a lot more trouble than voluntarily leaving.
You could leave now for good with paying 20k at the airport or you contact a lawyer asap. Wherever you stay there might help some visa-agent with "family" at your immi-offiz.
