TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing difficulties with the online 90-day reporting system in Thailand. Responses from the community suggest that the first report must be done in person to be registered in the system. Some users report a low success rate with the online system and recommend submitting reports by mail instead. Technical issues and specific procedural requirements are noted as common problems.

@Wal***
, you're a little off base. :/

I've tried close to 100 passports for people now since it came online back on April 1st 2015. I've got about 85% of them to go thru.

You have to have done one report in person to get into the data base, AND you have to be in an area where the immigration office will participate in the 90 day reporting online because some are cranky and won't do it.

It doesn't work for everyone but it does indeed work.

, AFAIK; Chiang Mai does participate in the 90 day online program, give it a go (y) The worst that will happen is it won't work and you can mail it in. :/

Far better results than folks attempting it here in Chiangmai is all I can tell you. I'll give another go w/my next report

Fuhgetaboutit! Since the online option came into being I doubt it worked

tries. Use the mail, it works ALL the time

It worked for me three times out of the 5 times I tried it , so 60%. However its a nice motorbike ride out to immigration where I live and the in person report usually only takes me 5-10 minutes.

Very slow

It is a JavaScript message they have put on the website while it is down my guess

You are right, but the box that is on screen is created using JavaScript and is used to create messages, in this case a simple message.

nope, :/ that's the "you're not in the system and can't use the online program" error message

You need to report "in person" the first time and be in the system, then you can try online thereafter...

My pleasure.

I got that. But it was my first 90 day report. Apparently you cannot make the first one on-line.
