TLDR : Answer Summary
Users are experiencing difficulties with submitting their 90-day immigration report online in Thailand, particularly with error messages indicating missing fields despite correct entries. Recommendations include using the TM6 barcode number properly, ensuring the correct format for dates, turning off pop-up blockers and VPNs, and using different browsers. It is noted that the iOS app may have reliability issues compared to the web portal. If the online system fails, filing in person may be necessary.

I tried with the iOS app. No luck . This error message shows up . Any advice ? I tried on my PC using the chrome and IE . No luck either . My last 90 day report was done in person as I was overdue . Paid 2000 Baht fine . New expiry date is 26 Nov21 meaning I’m within the 15 day window so am eligible to report online

You'll need to go in person to the immigration office; the database didn't get updated correctly.

Yes, TM6 number is under barcode. I did 2 submissions yesterday, all went well.

Note that only 1 submission per account. I try do 2 submission with 1 account, it keep show the 1st submission.

you're talking about the mobile applications, you can file as many 90 day reports as you want to online using the web-portal. 🙂

Generally the apps are more reliable than the website.

Can you send a screenshot of this error message?

You can submit the 90 day report using one of these three systems:

If the 90 day online report system does not work, AND you’re between the due date and 15 days prior to the due date, AND you already filed one 90 day report in person, there are some troubleshooting techniques you can use to try and get the system to work for you.

1. Make sure you’re filling in the information, and only the information, requested.

2. Make sure you are keying in the date and month correctly

3. Turn off any pop-up blockers

4. Turn off any auto-translate

5. Turn off any VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) that you may be using - including any data saving applications

6. If you’re using one of the applications, use the web-based system

7. If you’re using the web based system, try using a different browser and clear the cache.

8. Make sure your web browser isn’t automatically filling in the forms.

9. Make sure you aren’t confusing “O”(Oh) with “0” (zero)

10. If you’re keying your date manually, try using the drop-down date selection box

If the system still doesn’t work, then you may need to file it in person.
