TM47 90 Day Reporting Online. Anyone have any luck doing it online lately. I've tried the last 3 days but can't get past Step 1. I always get a prompt box saying "For further information regarding The 90-day Notification Report Service, please contact the Immigration Branch Office in your residence area."

I'm shutting this down:

1. The 90 day report program is still not working for everyone as normal .IF you can not use the system, you will have to submit the 90 day report using other ways.

2. You *MAY* be able to file the 90 day report by mail. You *WILL* have to contact your local immigration office and ask them:

a. The address to file the 90 day report.

b. The timeframe to file the 90 day report.

3. You *CAN* file the 90 day report in person. You can file it between 15 days BEFORE the due date up to 7 days after the due date without a fine.

Good luck!

I did it last week on my pc, though needed 3 attempts to get past Step 1.

Isn’t mailing it in an option if not less than 15 from deadline?

I submitted mine on the first day the system came back and it was accepted within an hour and a half. I submitted 3 reports on behalf of my Cambodian employees last week and they are still on "Pending" status. Seems to be luck of the draw.

Did my one last Friday’s still sitting at pending today, went in to cancel and it says can’t find, going in on Monday to do it, there’s not point if it’s still not working.

Same problem in CNX. Had no choice but go in person.

My friend has the same problem and he had no problem filing online before the system went down. He has also resorted to filing in person.

When is your due date? Make sure Is it not your very first 90days report.

I've tried both. On website, tried Chrome and Firefox.

If you are trying a Website, may be worth trying a smartphone app. Or vice versa.

There have been reports of people successfully submitting the 90 day reports since the system came back up.

Use the standard troubleshooting techniques:

If the 90 day online report system does not work, AND you’re between the due date and 15 days prior to the due date, AND you already filed one 90 day report in person, there are some troubleshooting techniques you can use to try and get the system to work for you.

1. Make sure you’re filling in the information, and only the information, requested.

2. Make sure you are keying in the date and month correctly

3. Turn off any pop-up blockers

4. Turn off any auto-translate

5. Turn off any VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) that you may be using - including any data saving applications

6. If you’re using one of the applications, use the web-based system

7. If you’re using the web based system, try using a different browser and clear the cache.

8. Make sure your web browser isn’t automatically filling in the forms.

9. Make sure you aren’t confusing “O”(Oh) with “0” (zero)

10. If you’re keying your date manually, try using the drop-down date selection box

If the system still doesn’t work, then you may need to file it in person.

If the system won't work, try using a different application:

Immigration web-portal [best option];

If you tried everything, then the only option is to file it in person :(

That is what I did. Print it all up and put it in the mail with a return envelope. I don't mind going to immigration but the tirak is convinced I will get covid in the big city. Still, the stamps are much less than the petrol.
