TLDR : Answer Summary
Users are experiencing difficulties submitting their 90-day report through the app and website. Common issues involve system errors, eligibility concerns, and browser compatibility. Suggestions include trying different browsers, ensuring proper visa eligibility, and visiting immigration offices if online attempts fail. Some users recommended downloading and reading the user guide for troubleshooting.

I am having the same problem, get to end and it says contact immigration.
Have been here on OA visa for 1 year done 90 day reports at immigration, we were due yo do report on March we left the country on 29 January and flew back in on 5 February starting new 90 day count down.
Could this be the reason why I can’t register.
If so what happens if you can’t get to immigration because roads are blocked.

IF you came back on Feb 5 then your NEXT 90 day report date is Monday May 4th :O
The SOONEST you could try to do a 90 day report online is April 20th

I just tried the website and got this message:
"For further information regarding The 90-day Notification Report Service, please contact the Immigration Branch Office in your residence area." My original stamp is for April 14. I tried it 2 weeks ago and got the same message.

Last time I did a 90day reporting was last year, I usually do border runs every 90 days except with after my visa expires and extend 60 days to squeeze some extra time out on that multi non-o visa for the past 9 years. So yeah I have done it in person before.
I did try the auto-translate thing but I get the same message and tried it on Chrome (main) safari and firefox, still get the same message. I dont want to travel to the office but it seems like I might have to.
and did you do at least one 90 day report in person to get in the data base, are you leaving OUT the flight number (as it's not needed) are you using the calendar tab to select the date? and if you're using chrome have the autotranslate OFF.
I got that message the first time I tried, but I changed browser and it worked the 2nd time. It might be that you are ineligible for online reporting but you shouldn't give up before you've tried with different browsers.
It didn't work with firefox for me but did with Chrome. This is to illustrate that the system is temperamental so if doesn't work at first, try a different browser!

The last 5 people I helped out, where not eligible to make 90 day reports and shouted the same, they system does not work.
It works great as they are not allowed to make the report, so the system does not allow them.
What kind of visa do you have or Exempt Entry, what was the last day of entry in Thailand?
