I have just tried to do my 90 day report online and it seems like the after filling in my personal information on the first page, it won't go through.

Is anyone else also having this issue?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing issues with submitting their 90-day report online, prompting others to share their experiences and solutions. Suggestions include visiting a local immigration office for in-person submission if online attempts fail, checking for application compatibility with different browsers, and using official apps for assistance. Some offices may allow mailing the report, but not all do, so it's essential to contact the local immigration office for specific requirements or options.

1. If you can not do your 90 day report online because it either shows that you're on overstay, or gives another error, it means you need to do the report in person.

2. You will do the report at your local immigration office. IF you use Bangkok Immigration, you would use Muang Thong Thani.

3. Not all immigration offices allow mailing the 90 day report. ASK your local immigration office if they allow mailing in, and if so, what the requirements are.

4. You can do it 15 days in advance UP TO 7 days past the due date without a fine. If you do it past the 7 days, the fine is 2K THB.

I've never been able to do it online but you can mail in your form along with photocopy of supporting pages of your passport and TM slip in your passport. Include a stamped addressed envelope and make sure you mail via recorder delivery and send 15 days in advance of the date yr 90 days is due. Form can be downloaded from online sorry dont have the link though

might not be the case here but the first time you do a 90 report, or if you changed your address, you can’t do it online, you have to go in person

maybe it better to state how "it won't go through". Any error message? hung up? or else?

If you do not pass the first page and get the little "contact your local immigration office" message, then there is a data miss-match and the only cure seems to be to do it in person.

By any chance is it your first time doing it online, because you do need to do it in person first and then it works online the second time

Ignore whoever said that, you can use the online system as many times as it'll let you.

Mine was successful online 1 week ago. I switched from Google Chrome to using Microsoft Edge browser and it went through.
