Anybody able to successfully submit 90 day report online just recently? I've been trying since last Saturday on both the app and their website without any luck...

TLDR : Answer Summary
Several users have reported difficulties submitting their 90-day reports online, suggesting various solutions including using the immigration web portal, ensuring pop-ups are disabled, and avoiding VPNs. Some users found success after reinstalling apps or using different browsers. There seems to be an ongoing issue with the system as many others faced similar challenges, possibly due to recent updates or database issues. A few users confirmed successful submissions recently, indicating that intermittent issues may arise.

Same here. Have tried since Monday. 4 different browsers with pop ups turned off. Worked easily last 2 times. It’s as if I’m not in the database now.

A LOT of people here have mentioned the same thing here recently and it was suggested that there was a delay in a system update. If this is your first 90 days again after a regular extension, it might not be updated in the system. This happened to me, and my immigration office said it wasn't updated. ..but it was fixed easily onsite.
(Side note: I tried and tried online - not knowing I had this problem.- to get the website to work. Kept trying the app, too, though knew it is rarely successful -- but surprisingly I did get through on the app far enough for it to say that my visa expired in Sept. -- and without evidence it had been extended again)
No. I am on an extension of stay in a non-B. My paperwork for the extension went through fine in Sept. -- passport stamped with the extension and a paper receipt of paid extension, but the info didn't go in the system. When I saw that, I rushed the next day to immigration who apologized and even said they remembered me (small office) and know I extended. Luckily, all was taken care of in less than a minute. I have seen other people on here say they noticed that error, too, when they couldn't do 90 days per usual.
we are seeing a LOT of that :/ :( Where people got valid extensions, and then when they tried to do their next 90 day report it wouldn't let them and when they go to the immigration office they find out it wasn't entered into the data base when they got it :/
If the 90 day online report system does not work, AND you’re between the due date and 15 days prior to the due date, AND you already filed one 90 day report in person, there are some troubleshooting techniques you can use to try and get the system to work for you.
1. Make sure you’re filling in the information, and only the information, requested.
2. Make sure you are keying in the date and month correctly
3. Turn off any pop-up blockers
4. Turn off any auto-translate
5. Turn off any VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) that you may be using - including any data saving applications
6. If you’re using one of the applications, use the web-based system
7. If you’re using the web based system, try using a different browser and clear the cache.
8. Make sure your web browser isn’t automatically filling in the forms.
9. Make sure you aren’t confusing “O”(Oh) with “0” (zero)
10. If you’re keying your date manually, try using the drop-down date selection box
If the system still doesn’t work, then you may need to file it in person.
