Last year I used to do all my 90-day reports online. However, now about a year later, mine still gives error messages, ever since the online 90-day reporting stopped working for everyone. Is there a way to fix this?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing error messages while trying to complete their 90-day report online due to the system's issues with the online reporting process. Other users suggest that discrepancies in the information entered can lead to errors and recommend submitting the report in person as a possible solution. Additionally, they mentioned using the Section 38 app for reporting.

Which app you're using...

Use Section 38

Get inside the app and you'll see the changes that they made inside the app.

There is an option to do the 90 days report

How is she supposed to register in the app, she has no property papers. You need to upload the house booklet to register as a house master.

Your landlord can do that or sign a power of attorney form (+ provide the required documents)

You're wrong, they changed it...

they changed what? Could you be more explicit instead of keeping people in mystery?

Update your app first...

section 38 is not the app for the 90 days reporting. This is for the host to declare a foreigner is living at their place.

I don't understand what you mean. I want to do a 90 day report. A TM30 is something different

Download the app and you'll understand...

Thank me later

I have the section 38 app, because I am accommodating myself. But I still don't understand what you mean for the 90 days reporting.

@Frédéric ****************
After filing the TM30 , every 90 days you must do a residence notification and submit a TM47 form. This is known as a 90 day report

I know. You missed the beginning of the discussion.

The TM30 is the duty of the landlord.

The 90 days report is the duty of the foreigner.

I don't believe then that you should use the landlord app for the 90 days report like Tal Guterman told the OP.

Try what I've said...

If the information in the system differs from what you’re entering it will throw up an error. The only real way to fix this is to do an in person report and hope that it’ll work for your next one.

The information I enter is exactly the same as last year and still it doesn't work

I had the same problem. At immigration, I was told that it is new that you have to make the 90-day declaration in person after an extension. Funnily enough, my app reports that I have overstay. Immigration said that this would now change after the 90-day notification - but it hasn't changed. Apparently the online and app systems are not linked.

The system was down for ages earlier in the year. Any interactions you had with immigration whilst it was down wouldn’t be reflected on their database, so you’re telling them one thing, their system has different information so it throws a wobbly. Hence the only way to fix this is an in person filing (or by mail) and them updating your information correctly.
