Last year I used to do all my 90-day reports online. However, now about a year later, mine still gives error messages, ever since the online 90-day reporting stopped working for everyone. Is there a way to fix this?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing error messages while trying to complete their 90-day report online due to the system's issues with the online reporting process. Other users suggest that discrepancies in the information entered can lead to errors and recommend submitting the report in person as a possible solution. Additionally, they mentioned using the Section 38 app for reporting.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES
Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Service to get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).
For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.
If the information in the system differs from what you’re entering it will throw up an error. The only real way to fix this is to do an in person report and hope that it’ll work for your next one.
The information I enter is exactly the same as last year and still it doesn't work

I had the same problem. At immigration, I was told that it is new that you have to make the 90-day declaration in person after an extension. Funnily enough, my app reports that I have overstay. Immigration said that this would now change after the 90-day notification - but it hasn't changed. Apparently the online and app systems are not linked.
The system was down for ages earlier in the year. Any interactions you had with immigration whilst it was down wouldn’t be reflected on their database, so you’re telling them one thing, their system has different information so it throws a wobbly. Hence the only way to fix this is an in person filing (or by mail) and them updating your information correctly.
