Hello I'm trying to use a Chrome browser on my phone for my second 90-day report. I can fill everything out but when I do the capture and hit the next button, I get this error message. I also tried the app, but I get a different error message about don't overstay. I get the feeling maybe the app can't handle that I arrived in Thailand on the 15th of January last year. Does anybody have any ideas what I can do short of going to the immigration office in person? Thank you!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing issues with the online 90-day reporting system in Thailand, receiving error messages on both the Chrome browser and the app. Comments suggest potential solutions, including switching to different browsers like Internet Explorer, using incognito mode, or filing the report in person if the online methods fail. Additionally, it's noted that the online submission should be done 14 to 7 days before the due date to avoid errors.

90 days report you can only do online IF it is 14 till 7 days BEFORE date , so the last seven days en before 14 you get error on your screen! Can this be the problem?
