Hello I'm trying to use a Chrome browser on my phone for my second 90-day report. I can fill everything out but when I do the capture and hit the next button, I get this error message. I also tried the app, but I get a different error message about don't overstay. I get the feeling maybe the app can't handle that I arrived in Thailand on the 15th of January last year. Does anybody have any ideas what I can do short of going to the immigration office in person? Thank you!

90 days report you can only do online IF it is 14 till 7 days BEFORE date , so the last seven days en before 14 you get error on your screen! Can this be the problem?

Try using “incognito” mode. This turns off the stuff that can mess with the reporting system. Never a guarantee it’ll work but worth a try.

The 90 day report at Krabi Immigration is a 2 minute deal - show passport only at the front desk - say 90 days

IF you don't mail it in, I see a trip to the immigration office in your near future to file a 90 day report in person.

You are far from the only person who can't get the app or the website to work

(chrome is a bad browser choice unless you turn OFF auto fill, pop-up blocker, and auto translate)
