TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is experiencing difficulties with the 90-day online reporting for Thai immigration, receiving a message prompting them to contact their local immigration office. Commenters inquire about previous reports and the date of entry, suggesting that issues might arise if reporting is attempted outside the designated timeframe.

I noticed that this message appears when trying the online reporting outside of the correct date window.

I am not sure if it's still 15 days to 7 days before the reporting is due, I slightly remember having read recently that it has changed. The experts in this group will know and hopefully tell.

Even though the user guide states 15 days before down until 7 days BEFORE the due date for online reporting when you click the "example" on the first page it shows from 15 days before right down to your due date :(

I still tell people from 15 days before down until 7 days before (because then if it's NOT approved you're not scrambling to get to the immigration office to file in person :P
