Hi, trying to do my 90 day-report using the Immigration application. I've been to Muang thong thani immigration once already with this passport so I don't understand why that message pops up. Any idea? TIA

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is experiencing issues submitting their 90-day report through the Immigration application, despite previously visiting the Muang Thong Thani immigration office. Commenters provide various troubleshooting suggestions, such as ensuring accurate input of passport details, using the online system instead of the app, and checking for errors in data entry. If problems persist, filing the report in person is advised.

If the 90 day online report system does not work, AND you’re between the due date and 15 days prior to the due date, AND you already filed one 90 day report in person, there are some troubleshooting techniques you can use to try and get the system to work for you.

1. Make sure you’re filling in the information, and only the information, requested.

2. Make sure you are keying in the date and month correctly

3. Turn off any pop-up blockers

4. Turn off any auto-translate

5. Turn off any VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) that you may be using - including any data saving applications

6. If you’re using one of the applications, use the web-based system

7. If you’re using the web based system, try using a different browser and clear the cache.

8. Make sure your web browser isn’t automatically filling in the forms.

9. Make sure you aren’t confusing “O”(Oh) with “0” (zero)

10. If you’re keying your date manually, try using the drop-down date selection box

If the system still doesn’t work, then you may need to file it in person.

when you FIRST log in to the mobile application it shows your passport number, the date your current extension expires and looks like this

IF that data is wrong or doesn't match you can't use the 90 day mobile app :(

hi Tod, I have always done the report online, but as you say after the last extension made in October when I enter the app the expiration date of the extension is the old one. Is there a way to get the date corrected? write an email or call?

@Fa***
Try using the online system not the app and see if it will go thru

the mobile app's are wonky sometimes. Use the real online web-based portal here

Might be stupid question as of now.. But have you been out if Thailand since then? Other than that, for me, it failed because I filled in flight info.. When I left that blank it worked.
