NEED SOME HELP HERE about 90 days report!

What does this mean?

It popped up after I filled my person info, n if I clicked it, it would go back to the first step. I’ve tried a few times since the day before yesterday. It’s my third time doing my 90 days report online.

What should I do with this?

It’s probably because you tried late should be 15days before after that You should go to the (temporary Immigration centre in Muang thong Thani, not far from Chiang Wattana, they will assist you there

I had this problem last time. I found that my date of arrival in their system was one day later than the stamp in my PP. It worked after changing the date. I arrived just before midnight so perhaps that was the cause?

 I haven’t left Thailand for over a year n during this time, I already successfully did my 90 days report twice... have no idea, anyway, thanks, I will go there in person

Stuart Cumming. Valid point. I'd like to see the whole form to see if there's some other reason. I just did mine this morning, which other than the captcha code, was identical to my last one, and it was accepted no problem. From what I can understand, it only requires a slight deviation from the previous report to have the system reject it.

 not sure...i tried once 3 days before the date and it didnt accept. the office told me I must do this 7 to 15 days ahead if I do it online. in the last couple of years I have done reporting online except for the last one time when I missed and was 2-3 days away from the deadline.

Riaz Patel. I know it used to be in the 7 to 15 days window, but thought recently it had changed. I always do mine eight days out, so I can't really assure anyone that within the last seven days is ok. Perhaps others here might know?
