Why Can't I Use the App for My 90 Day Report After Renewing My Passport?

Try doing my 90 day report with the app, but getting this message.

Guess it has to do with renewing my passport last year?

I normally go in person, and this would be my first time with the app. But by the looks of it I still have to go in person?

I had problems with the app, which is different than the computer. The app kept quitting at the "location" part. I also got a similar message to the pone you posted. Try using your computer. I found it way easier.

you are not the only one who had problems with the applications for mobile phones :( Use the web-based portal with a browser and it should work (y)

You can only do it online with the new passport if you have left and came back, if you have never left the country it will never work

that’s what i thought also, I didn’t leave since I have my new passport.

I understand if you get a new passport, you'll get a new passport number, so you'd have to file again in person because the information isn't matching.

exactly, but I have it for over more than a year already. So now I still have to drive 1,5 hour to get my 90 day report. Just sucks that they didn’t put the new number in their system when I came at the office to copy everything in my new passport.

been here 6 years and I go in person every 90 days. Just renewed my passport last year, so new passport number. With my new passport number the app can’t see when I arrived in Thailand. Meaning the officers didn’t put the new number in their system.

I’ll try later today. From what I heard it’s because I didn’t leave Thailand and probably my passport isn’t registered.
