Hey there. Does anyone know if the 90 day app will be updated as it won't accept my email address. Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is experiencing difficulties with the Thai 90-day reporting app, specifically with email acceptance. Comments suggest common issues such as ensuring the report was made in person, checking the email used previously, disabling pop-up blockers, and being within the correct reporting timeframe. It is advised that reports should be submitted within 15 to 7 days before the due date, and if issues persist, visiting the Immigration Office might be necessary to resolve the matter.

Thank you so much.

The app only works within the time frame between 15 and 7 days before due date, not 7 weeks after. I guess the only option is to visit the Immigration Office to find out what went wrong.

Oh my gosh. I normally do it by mail but my slip hasn't been returned to me. I have been waiting 7 weeks now so I thought I would try the app.

Did you made the first report in person? Did you used the system before and did it work with the same e-mail address? Did you disable the pop-up blocker? Are you in the correct time frame? These are the most problems if using this system
