What should I do if my 90-day report submission online doesn't work and I can't visit the immigration office in Thailand?

My 90-day report is due in a few days, so I go to

[members only]/

-- fill out the form and submit. And nothing happens.

Now what? I'll be traveling next week, the day the report is due, so I'm not free to get to the immigration office.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is facing issues with submitting their 90-day report online due to technical failures and tight deadlines because of upcoming travel. Based on comments, it's noted that online submissions for the 90-day report can only be accepted within a specific window, and if certain conditions aren't met, one may need to report in person. There are also complications regarding technology usage that could hinder online submissions. Other users suggest being proactive and not relying solely on the online system, highlighting the importance of visiting an immigration office as soon as possible.

Immigration told me not rely on online and if not in Udonthani to report nearest date you can and explain where you are going etcetera etcetera!

You will have time after your travels I guess. You can do it 15 days before until 7 days after, no need to do it on the exact date.

Once you enter the data on the first page and put in the CAPTCHA number it should scroll over to the second page OR it should give you the error warning

IF you get this, you can't use the online 90 day reporting

PLUS you need to turn off your pop up blockers AND you can't use Chrome with auto translate activated..

You also have had to have done one 90 day report in person AND use an immigration office that is participating IN the 90 day online program

I have a new passport now, with a new passport number. I have already updated my TM30 with the new passport. Previously I have done my 90 day reports by post and now want to start doing them online. Will I also need to do my next one ( with the new passport number) in person, to get into the system

You will NOT be able to use the online 90 day reporting because you have to apply from 15 days before down until 7 days BEFORE the actual due date to get it to work
