Hi I wondering if it is possible to apply for a 90 days visa if you already are in Thailand. I mean if you go there on holiday and spend 30 days first. Then apply for that online.

TLDR : Answer Summary
It is not possible to apply online for a 90-day visa when already in Thailand. You can apply for a Non-O visa (for retirement or marriage) directly at Thai immigration. A Tourist Visa is typically for 60 days but can be extended by 30 days; however, it cannot be obtained while in Thailand. For a 90-day non-immigrant visa, one must apply at immigration and cannot activate an e-visa or a visa exemption without a border run.
NON-O RETIREMENT VISA RESOURCES / SERVICES
Go to the Retirement Visa Section for information on requirements, including age restrictions, financial requirements, and necessary documentation.

You cannot apply online for a 90 days visa (non-immigrant) if you're in Thailand. You'll have to do it at immigrations. There are various that you can switch to from visa exemption.

You can apply here non o and non b if qualified. If you are tourist then visa run or border run to activate your possible e visa or exemption.

You need to specify the type of visa. A Non O for ‘Retirement’ or marriage etc is a 90 day visa which you can get inside Thailand. If you mean a Tourist Visa, which is 60 days but can be extended for another 30, then no you can’t get it in Thailand. You could apply online for future use, but you can’t just activate it inside Thailand. You’ll need to show a flight and it must be used at a border.

You can’t apply online at home from Thailand, but you could apply for a Non O directly at the Thai immigration.
