TLDR : Answer Summary
When a NON-B visa is canceled due to a job change, the dependent's visa (NON-O) may also become invalid, especially if it is tied to the wife's employment status. If the dependent visa is based on her extension, both may need to reapply. It's crucial to prepare the necessary documentation to apply for a new visa simultaneously when her current visa is canceled. If not ready, you may have to exit Thailand and reapply from a neighboring country.

You must go and apply for a new non-B visa in the name of the new company. You have to fly out and come in again.

If you are on a retirement visa you will be ok. But like Brandon said if you are a dependent on her extension you will have to start all over again.

Assuming you are on the 1 yr extension and not the original 90 day visa.
In the best case scenario she (and you) will have all the documentation ready to apply AT THE SAME TIME/DAY as she cancels and they will issue a new 90 day visa.
IF you are not prepared you will need to leave to a neighboring country and apply from there.
Best to speak to your local office to make sure they allow this type of change.
