Hello everyone!

My non b visa extension will be canceled soon. My spouse non o extension is automatically canceled or he will have to go to the immigration?

How this process works? Is he getting the same days to leave Thailand as me?

You BOTH go to the immigration office together, you cancel your extension based on employment with documents from the employer and your spouse cancels their extension based on marriage to someone who legally works here at the same time.

can be done in different days? This can be a problem? Because Im not going to the immigration, the company I work for is holding my passport and will do everything..

it's your passport, your extension and you should be there with them when they cancel it. Talk to them and see what they say about cancelling your spouse's extension. Maybe they can cancel that one too
