I have a non b visa, that originally expire date is end of Jan 2021, but my contract at work expire at the end of october, so my visa will be canceled. In this situation, my husband visa non o type, will still be valid until end of Jan 2021 or is automatically canceled?
Thank you all

TLDR : Answer Summary
The poster inquires whether their husband's Non-O visa will remain valid after their own Non-B visa is canceled following the end of their employment contract. Comments indicate that since both visas are tied to the employment status of the poster, the husband's visa will also be affected and will need to be canceled as well.

When your extension gets cancelled your husbands needs to be cancelled the same day. The only reason he has an extension is because of you and the minute your reason for the extension changes (as in you lose your job) his reason for extension changes to and he has to cancel his too.
There is no automatically cancelled, you BOTH need to go and cancel the extensions at the immigration office
I would imagine that you both are on extensions of stays, you based on employment and your husband based on being married to a foreigner who legally works here.
