Hi, my husband resigned the job and we will leave Thailand at the end of month. While his company will cancel his visa and work permit, I am wondering shall I cancel my non-O Visa (spouse of foriegn worker) before leaving the contry?

My non-o visa is with multiple entry and will vaild until 08.2023 . I may come back for travelling or business purpose before it ends.

Thank you in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The community advises against canceling your Non-O Visa as it will automatically become invalid once your husband's Non-B visa extension is canceled. It's suggested that you should just leave the country as planned without taking further action regarding the visa.

Do NOT do anything at all....just leave the country as plan...if not you will encounter lots of unnecessary matters. Just leave!

Work permit being cancelled cancels everything. No more visa or any re-entry.

Ask them to wait until you are out of the country and that will save you some hassles.

I don't believe your company can cancel your husband's Non-B extension. I think he has to do that.

Because your Non-O extension is based on your husband's Non-B, it becomes negated the moment the reason for it does.

So as soon as your husband's extension is cancelled, your Non-O is done with as well. Even if you still have it in your passport, it is no longer valid because it was attached to a cancelled extension.
