What documents do I need for a 1-year marriage extension in Thailand after a 90-day non-O visa?

I currently have the 90-day non-O and will soon be going to immigration to get the 1-year marriage extension.

What do I need to bring with me to make sure this goes smoothly?

I know I need a bank statement saying I have had 400k baht in a bank account for 2 months.

I will have my wife with me, and our marriage license with us

I will have $200 (is it okay if it's in baht and not USD? All the sources I find just say $200) because I want it to be multi-entry.

Anything else?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To successfully apply for a 1-year marriage extension on your NON-O visa, you should bring the following documents: a bank statement proving 400,000 baht in your account for at least 3 months, your marriage license (Kor Ror 3), your wife’s ID and house book, a rental contract, and possibly a letter from your landlord. It's also advisable to have recent photos of you and your wife inside and outside your home. For fees, the application costs 1,900 baht in cash, and if you want a multiple re-entry permit, that will be an additional 3,800 baht, which must also be paid in Thai baht.

thank you. For the photo next to the house address, is that where we live now or the house address on my wife's house book (which is in Sakon Nakon)?

the house you live in now. It should be the address used for tm.30, 90 day report later on

this looks to be for a retirement extension for 50+ which isn't me, and the 400k baht is only for a renewal of the 1-year marriage visa, not the initial one that you get after your 90-day non-O

you will need a lot of these to get the marriage visa

The best advice is that you visit imigration and ask for their demands on a paper

well since immigration is over 2h away, I'll just bring everything I can and hope for the best. If they turn me away, I'll have a list of what I need then

so I can't get all the from the bank the day before I go to immigration?

You better ask your immigration office; then you know as well the exact amount what it will cost, should’ve be about 5700thb for extension and multiple entry

Requirements varies between immigrations and I suggest you go and get handed over the specific requirements at your immigration before you apply.

Fee is 1900 baht in cash. Multiple re-entry permit is 3800 baht at the immigration or international airports before you leave.

Not sure what you’re meaning here. The year extension is 1,900 baht. Cash in Thai baht only. A multiple re-entry permit is 3,800 baht.
