To successfully apply for a 1-year marriage extension on your NON-O visa, you should bring the following documents: a bank statement proving 400,000 baht in your account for at least 3 months, your marriage license (Kor Ror 3), your wife’s ID and house book, a rental contract, and possibly a letter from your landlord. It's also advisable to have recent photos of you and your wife inside and outside your home. For fees, the application costs 1,900 baht in cash, and if you want a multiple re-entry permit, that will be an additional 3,800 baht, which must also be paid in Thai baht.
