Hi there.

So next week I will apply to extend my Non O based on marriage for 60 days. Here’s the list of documents I have already;

• 2 x photos

• Copy passport, visas & arrival card

• Copy of Condo agreement

• Signed Copy of landlord ID card

• Signed Copy of wife passport, ID card & taiben document.

Is there any further documents needed? I was told for 60 day extension you don’t need proof of funds only if your getting a year’s extension is this true?
