Hello, i need to get the 90-day non-o visa based on retirement, and i have two questions:
1- TM30: instead of filling up the required form, my condo gave me the attached document. is it sufficient? do i have to bring a copy of my contract?
2- in the list of needed documents shown at the immigration office, it says that i must bring a photocopy of 'all details of thailand visa'. does it mean my current visa exempt entry stamp+ 30days extension or... a photocopy of all the previous thai visas in my passport (many, including the retirement extensions i obtained before)?
thank you all so much
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks clarification on the sufficiency of a TM30 document provided by their condo and the necessity of submitting photocopies of current and previous visas when applying for a 90-day Non-O retirement visa in Thailand. Community responses highlight the required photocopies, including the data page of the passport and stamps from the current visa.
