I have a rental agreement/contract for 3 months. I arrived on a 45 day visa-free stay (Australian passport) which expires on March 5th - in a few days.
I have my copy of the rental agreement.
I told reception of the condo I will need them to register me for my TM30, but I have no idea what/if they have done. Is there a way this can be done online and if so, what do I need from the landlord? It was a real headache in BKK when the system went down last year and I had to submit it in paper.
Is there anything else I'll need? I fly back to Australia anyway in 3 weeks (and will return a few weeks later).
Is immigration still counter K near Don Mueang as it was last year?
Any help would be much appreciated! ๐

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking guidance on TM30 registration and visa extension in Thailand, mentioning their current 45-day visa-free status. They are uncertain about their condo's handling of TM30 registration and inquire if it can be done online or if they need assistance from their landlord. Comments suggest that TM30 is rarely asked for in Bangkok for tourist extensions. The user also inquires about the immigration office near Don Mueang and whether they can extend their visa after their stamp expires on a Sunday.
Has anyone else in BKK renting a place been asked for their TM30 lately? Also, if my stamp expires on March 5th which falls on a Sunday, can I extend on Monday without a penalty? Thanks! ๐

It takes up the whole day normally, and the above info given about the TM30 is different to what I needed the previous 2 times I did it in BKK. Need to make.sure my landlord will be available to send what they may ask for.
Really? I've done it twice before over the last few years and TM30 was needed both times?
So you're saying this time - there's nothing I will need to do? It's a long way out to Lak Si, should I bring anything in case? So all I need is a passport photo?
It's no longer Counter K at that building in the middle of nowhere? ๐
Thanks for your help... ๐
