How can I register TM30 for my Airbnb host to extend my visa in Thailand?

Hello all! Sorry for my second post in two days -- something just came up yesterday.

I see there are many posts about TM30, but I'm having trouble finding one that helps our specific situation.

So we are staying in an airbnb during our time here, and I just found out about the TM30 thing yesterday as I was looking into extending our 30-day visa exemption (US passport) for a 60 day stay. We've been here for more than a week already.

I reached out to our airbnb host immediately upon finding out that the TM30 receipt of registration is commonly asked for during visa extension, and that we may be denied our extension without it....

He's not Thai, so he didn't know about the rule. He will not be in Thailand for the entire time that we planned to be here (through Feb 22nd or so) with a visa extension.

Is there a way that we can register the TM30 for him? If so, what would we need from him? He says he doesn't have the deed with him for his place, as he's out of the country, and the online service for the TM30 is currently down.

If we cannot register the TM30 for him, what do we do? Will we not be able to extend our visa? Sorry for the million questions, I'm freaking out a little bit right now. Thanks in advance for the help😟

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking help with the TM30 registration process for their Airbnb stay in Thailand, as they believe it is necessary for their 30-day visa extension. The host is not Thai, is currently out of the country, and does not have the necessary documentation to facilitate the TM30 registration.
