Hi. Doing my first ever tourist visa extension/covid extension.

Do I just bring my passport or do I need to bring a tm30 as well?

(Fast question)

Also last yr I did my tm30, I couldn't do it online and had to bring the landlord down to immigration office to do it with me. Is the online system up and running again? If yes can u direct me the direct link? Thank you!!!
