TLDR : Answer Summary
Ukrainian nationals can enter Thailand under visa-exempt entry for 30 days and can extend their stay for an additional 30 days at a local immigration office for a fee of 1900 baht. They can re-enter Thailand via visa-exempt entry again for another 30 days, but land border crossings have a limit of two times per calendar year. In Phuket, Ukrainians can obtain a standard 30-day extension, and those with a letter from their embassy due to the conflict in Ukraine may receive further extensions without a current limit.
For Ukrainians (in Phuket specifically- I have no clue if other offices do this) they can get the “normal” 30 day extension in room 101 in Phuket Town or Patong or Blue Tree.
They can also get further extensions if they have a letter from their embassy stating that they don’t want to go home because of the conflict. To apply for these extra 30 day extensions (no current limit) they apply in room 204 upstairs in Phuket Town only.
*** Note this only applies to Ukrainian nationals.
Ukrainian nationalities are eligible for vis-exempt entry, not Visa On Arrival. Visa-exempt entry is for 30 days and eligible for 30 days extension at the local immigration office for a 1900 baht fee.
They can enter Thailand on visa-exempt again for another 30 days stamp, by air or land. But visa-exempt entry through land borders is limited to TWO times per calendar year.
