TLDR : Answer Summary
A UK citizen who entered Thailand via Bangkok on a 30-day visa exemption can extend their stay by visiting the local immigration office. It is possible to obtain a 30-day extension for a fee of 1900 baht at the immigration office in Jomtien, Pattaya.
