hello all i need to get  a new type o marrige visa. multi entry .i cannot find what i need to send to the thai embassy ie i know 2 photos,wages for last six months ,bank statements ,letter of employment also wifes documents and my daughters docs.

also were is the form i need to fill in stating what visa im applying for i cannot find it cheers all.
